My practice is called Peace of Mind Therapeutic Massage & Wellness, LLC and it is located on Old South Pearl Street near Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Capital Hill, DTC, and Englewood. My office is open 7 days a week by appointment only. I also provide Chair Massage at Whole Foods throughout Denver. Check my calendar to find out when I will be at a Whole Foods near you. I am originally from Orlando, Florida. I graduated from the esteemed Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in 2006. I passed my National Certification for Massage and Bodywork exam and obtained my Massage Therapy License from the Florida Department of Health. In school I gravitated toward Sports Massage and Medical Massage. After graduating, I began working on patients with injuries from car accidents, sports, work, and chronic conditions. I worked alongside Chiropractors and Acupuncturists. I also worked with athletes preparing and recovering from triathlons, races, and competitions. I received advanced training in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Therapeutic Stretching. I regularly performed On-Site massage at Lockheed Martin, Scholastic Bookfairs, Orlando Sentinel, Orlando Federal Credit Union, and Engineering Stimulations Company. One of my favorite things to do is to massage employees at work. It boosts morale and increases productivity in the workplace and I love being able to provide that! I believe in receiving regular Massage as an antidote to stress, pain, aging, and so much more. The power of touch is so important and I love being a part of the healing process for my clients.
